Why isn't it on the Chrome Web Store?
It will be. The Web Store review process takes a few days; until then, “Load unpacked” is the fastest way to try it. The source is in the project's extension/ folder.
Does it send my text anywhere?
The extension sends the selected text to https://french.aatechax.com/api/analyze to score it — same backend as this site. No accounts, no tracking, no storage on our side.
